The following information was provided by Nye County District Attorney Bob Beckett. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent.

The following are charges filed by the DA's office against adults.

* Nicole Leann Allee was charged with use of false identification of person under 21 years old and two counts of obstructing a public officer.

* Timothy Carl Eugene Barnes was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and battery.

* William Phillip Biddle was charged with two counts of battery.

* Michael Francis Boudreau was charged with injury to other property and duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property.

* Ronald Zenon Breault was charged with domestic battery.

* Michael Burns was charged with driving under the influence-alcohol.

* Brendon James Butterfield was charged with three counts of battery and injury to other property.

* Justin Louis Carlson was charged with attempted burglary, attempted home invasion, conspiracy to commit burglary, possession of instrument with burglarious intent and injury to other property.

* Erica Lynne Copper was charged with battery.

* Annette Marie Craver was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and failure to maintain travel lane.

* Cory Wayne Crihfield was charged with petit larceny.

* Thomas Franklin Davis was charged with possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, interception and interruption or delay of message sent over a telephone line.

* Sean Michael Delrossi was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

* Michael Clyde Duty was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription.

* Sandie Annette Estill was charged with battery.

* Theresa Fager was charged with battery with the use of a deadly weapon.

* Lisa M. Feurstein was charged with injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Stanley Thomas Goldsby was charged with aiming a firearm at a human being and discharging a firearm where a person might be endangered.

* Ronnie Sue Gott was charged with petit larceny.

* Scott Bradley Grud was charged with domestic battery.

* Kathy Sue Harmon was charged with driving under the influence-alcohol.

* Lezlie Diane Harris was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and basic speed.

* William Francis Hulderson was charged with injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Stacie Ann Johnson was charged with grand larceny.

* Patrick Gene Kelly was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol-third and failure to maintain travel lane.

* Jerry D. Luttrell was charged with an offense involving a stolen vehicle.

* Jesse Kelly Lynch was charged with driving under the influence-alcohol, driving while license canceled, revoked or suspended, certain unlawful acts and security for payment of tort liabilities required.
