When you make the trip to Tecopa for the Firehouse Fling, remember the Tecopa Hot Springs Resort will also be hosting a stargazing party behind the TBAG Gallery.

The weather has cooled and during the fall months, when conducive, and on the weekend closest to the new moon -- when it's darkest, a group of happy-go-lucky folks gather to be entertained by the heavens.

Normally there is someone providing a telescope with power to magnify the nebula and dying stars, among other things, bringing the vision really close to home. The images are projected on a screen so all present can ooo and ahh in unison.

The program also has a narrator.

Dinner will be available at Pastel's Bistro in between the Firehouse Fling and dusk, when the stargazers come out to play.

Coolers are welcome and anyone providing warm or stimulating beverages will be considered a saint.
