Pahrump seniors don't sit still very long when the Senior Center makes plans for a bus trip.

This time, plans are laid Dec. 8, 9 and 10 for a Christmas getaway to Laughlin and points beyond.

The group will depart from Wulfy's parking lot at noon Dec. 8, and with a sack lunch provided for the trip, make its way to Laughlin for a two-day stay at the Edgewater Hotel and Casino. One ticket for the buffet is included and rooms are double occupancy. Other meals will be an individual responsibility.

Thursday morning, the bus heads for Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino in Henderson for a four-hour layover. Participants will have a chance to check out the gaming, socialize, stretch their legs and use another complimentary buffet ticket for a meal.

The Las Vegas area has some fabulous Christmas lights on display, and at dusk, the group will again board the bus for a tour through Sunset Park and Henderson to take in some of those sights.

The group will head back to Pahrump after the driving tour, and will arrive back at Wulfy's around 8 p.m. Thursday evening.

Tickets are $65 per person. Reservations must be made and paid by Dec. 3. Call Don, 751-6860, for more information. Reservations are non-refundable.
