RENO -- The Nevada Class 2-A Boys Golf State tournament started Tuesday and will conclude today at Edgewood-Tahoe, with Round Mountain's team and Tonopah's Denver Otteson among the Southern Nevada entries.

The odds-on individual choice is Incline's Justin Holets, who shot a two-under par 69 to win the North medal. The Southern medalist with a 73 at River's Edge in Needles was Will Doudy of West Wendover.

For Round Mountain, Clint Wilson had 82, while Will Sweeney had 84, as the Knights totaled 504, well behind the 446 scored by Needles.
