The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* David Hixenbaigh, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 6 on a Tonopah District Court warrant for non-support. Bail was set at $23,000.

* Adam Wagstaff, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 6 on charges of eluding, reckless driving and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $6,896. He was released May 7 on is own recognizance per Judge Jasperson after a court date was set.

* Mark Kunz, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 6, on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on charges of burglary, grand larceny and offense involving stolen property. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Matthew Donnelly, 21, of Battle Mountain, was booked into Pahrump jail May 7 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for charges of under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drug without a prescription, DUI-drugs and a probation violation. No bail.

* Scott McBrayer, 42, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail May 7 on an outside warrant for failure to appear on non-support of children. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Krystal Rood, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 7 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released May 8 on her own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Arturo Cortez of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail May 8 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear on traffic charges. Bail was set at $7,000.

* Joaquin Curbelo-Tapanes of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 9 charged with embezzlement. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Andrea Miranda, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 9 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released May 11 on her own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Teresa Stephenson, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 9 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Ronald Cross, 35, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 11 charged with mistreatment of a police animal. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released on his own recognizance May 12 per Judge Brisebill, after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Sandi Estill, 47, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 12 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. Subject was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Christopher Kinney, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 12 charged with eight counts of sexual assault with a child under 14 and eight counts of lewdness with a child under 14. Bail was set at $480,000.

* Robert Sebastian, 47, of North Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail May 12 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Jeffrey Smith, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail May 12 charged with DUI-alcohol with accident, no insurance and failure to use due care. Bail was set at $3,150.
