Goedhart reported viewing nudes
CARSON CITY -- District 36 Assemblyman Ed Goedhart, R-Amargosa Valley, was reprimanded after it was reported by Legislative Police he was viewing "what appeared to be women dancing" on his laptop computer May 2 in the Assembly gallery.

Order No. 1197
Order No. 1197, issued by the state engineer last November, states any applications to appropriate additional underground water in Amargosa Valley within 25 miles of Devil's Hole, and applications to change the point of diversion of an existing ground water right to a point of diversion closer to Devil's Hole, will be denied.
