World Series of Poker qualifying tournaments will be played for the next few weeks at Club MVC in the Mountain View Casino.

Players will pay a $70 entry fee, for which they will receive $5,000 in chips. Blinds will start at $25-$50, with 10-minute levels.

The first qualifier is Saturday at 3 p.m.); subsequent tournaments are May 14 (7 p.m.), May 19 (2 p.m.), May 21 (5 p.m.), May 23 (11 a.m.) The ladies final will be at 7 p.m. May 27, with the winner qualifying for the WSOP.
