COMMUNITY VIEWPOINT

Part of a stronger, larger company

As you might imagine, we have been getting a great deal of inquires at the dealership as to what effect the Chrysler bankruptcy has on the local dealership and its customers.

The short answer is that it has no effect on the day-to-day business. We still sell new and used cars and provide financing for them through a variety of lenders tailored to the individual's needs.

We still service and stand behind the cars we sell, and we stock and sell parts for them, and we plan to for many years to come.

The warranty on our new cars is the best in the business, lifetime power train warranty now fully backed by the United States government.

At Saitta Trudeau we may not be paid all of the receivables that Chrysler currently owes, as with any debtor in a bankruptcy. We are, however, in a great position to weather this storm as we have a low overhead and are debt free.

Many of the larger dealerships are not in this position and may find it harder to survive. Those dealerships that do will be part of much larger and stronger company when Chrysler comes out of the bankruptcy due to their new deals with the UAW and Fiat.

Tom Saitta and I are committed to the community of Pahrump and intend to remain your home town dealer for many years to come.
