Pahrump Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of March 30 -- April 3:

Menu -- soup and salad bar, 2 percent milk and juice available daily:

Monday -- smothered chicken, potatoes au gratin, corn, cake;

Tuesday -- chili-cheese baked potato, mixed veggies, applesauce;

Wednesday -- spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, Sicilian vegetables, pear crisp;

Thursday -- Spanish omelettes, southwestern potatoes, sausage links, applesauce;

Friday -- chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, mixed veggies, cake.

Activities

Monday -- exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker club, noon; beading club, 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday -- exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, noon; craft class, 1 p.m.; bridge class, 1 p.m.; Shadow Mountain Players, 7 p.m.

Wednesday -- cloggers, 9 a.m.; pinochle, 1 p.m.; Walmart shopping, 9:30 a.m.; painting class, 10 a.m.

Thursday -- exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; tax service, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; ballroom dancing, 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Friday -- exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, noon; bridge, 1 p.m.; Beading Hearts, 1 p.m.; tax service, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Amargosa Valley Senior Center

The menu (subject to change) for the week of March 30 -- April 3. Two percent milk available daily. Meals are served from 4-5:30 p.m.

Monday -- baked liver and onions, mexicorn, tomatoes vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, whole wheat bread, apple butter, sliced peaches;

Tuesday -- vegetarian spaghetti, green beans, cheesy garlic bread, Jell-O with fruit, salad bar, oatmeal cookie;

Wednesday -- creamed beef biscuits, green beans, vegetable soup, peanut butter cookie;

Thursday -- chicken enchiladas, broccoli, guacamole tossed salad, peanut butter cashew sundaes

Friday -- baked fish, steamed rice, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, tomato soup, brownie.
