LAS VEGAS -- Brothel owner Joe Richards pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud/honest services fraud in U.S. District Court for offering a bribe to former Nye County Commissioner Candice Trummell, U.S. Attorney Greg Brower announced Monday.
