Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Lisa Sheats, 40 of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 3 on charges of four counts of possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $21,264.

* Marlo Carbone of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 3 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance and four Pahrump Justice Court warrants. Bail was set at $9,998.

* Michael Anderson, 35, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 4 charged with DUI-drugs, failure to maintain lane, pass in a no-pass zone, no valid driver's license, no driver's license in possession, no seat belts, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, under the influence of a controlled substance and a Pahrump Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $4,000.

* Joseph Malic, 40, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 4 on a warrant out of Hawaii. Bail was set at $4,000.

* Brandon Carter of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 6 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released March 7 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Randall Wright, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 6 on a first domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released march 7 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Kelly Oliver, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 7 on a domestic battery charge and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $3,632.

* Mari Fellmon, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 7 charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Timothy Liapes, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 7 on a charge of murder. No bail was set.

* Hugo Perez, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 9 charged with two counts of burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Shelly Rundell, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 9 on two warrants of arrest from Pahrump Justice Court for burglary, theft and failure to appear on traffic offenses. Bail was set at $30,285.

* Srafraz Ahmed, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 9 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for traffic offenses, obstruct, harassment and assault. Bail was set at $4,371.

* James Armistead, 76, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 9 charged with assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Charles Galloway, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants of arrest. Bail was set at $8,000 and he was released on his own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Benjamin Shideler, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 charged with violation of an extended protective order. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Jeremiah Hare, 27, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 on charges of driving with a canceled driver's license, surrender of revoked/canceled registration and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $5,574 and he was released after bail posted.
