Richards to be sentenced today
LAS VEGAS -- Crystal brothel owner Joe Richards is scheduled to be sentenced at 10:30 a.m. today in U.S. District Court here after pleading guilty to one count of wire fraud/honest services fraud, in a plea agreement last March.
