CCSC: Fed center may flatten sales of residential property
The controversy over the proposed federal detention center, under construction on East Mesquite Avenue, came up briefly at the Pahrump Regional Planning Commission meeting last week.

The Pahrump Valley Speedway was so packed on re-opening night Saturday that attendees were going home to bring back their own lawn chairs.
