The driver of this Option Care medical equipment truck left the engine running while he went inside Terrible's Town Casino, on Highway 160, to pay for his gas Monday. While the driver was gone, the truck moved forward by itself, driving slowly down the middle of a gas island, then turning left and stopping when it hit a sign on an adjacent island. In the evening, it appeared the entire set of pump islands was shut down while repairs were made.
