The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Daniel Benner, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 24 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for three counts of contempt of court. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released June 25 on his own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Jason Bosse, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 26 on charges of possession of child porn, promotion of sexual performance of minor and capture image of private area of another. Bail was set at $50,000.

* Daniel Cole, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 27 on charges of burglary, home invasion, domestic battery, kidnapping, child abuse, obstruction and resisting peace officer and battery of victim over 65. Bail was set at $222,264.

* Antionette Bell, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 27 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released on her own recognizance June 29 after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Michael Gauthier, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 28 on charges of aggravated stalking, under the influence of a controlled substance, battery and injury to others property. Bail was set at $14,000.

* Krystal Lahaye, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 29 on charges of contempt of court. No bail.

* Robert Harrison, 58, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 29 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Annette Colon-Rodriguez, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 30 charged with malicious prosecution and false report of a crime. Bail was set at $5,632.

* Christine Gauthier of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail June 30 on a bench warrant for non-sufficient funds check and offering false evidence. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Dallas Eagle, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 30 as a California fugitive from justice. No bail.
