Edward Joseph Sharron

Edward Joseph Sharron passed away June 27, 2009, at home, surrounded by his family.

He was born Jan. 25, 1934, in Massachusetts, and was a resident of Pahrump since 1989.

He leaves behind his beloved wife of 52 years, Eileen; sons Ernie Sharron, Edward Sharron, Eugene (Angela) Sharron, Erin (Sandy) Sharron, Errol (Angela) Sharron; daughters Vicky (Michael) Malinski, Dee (Jesse) Cox, Lisa Marie (David) Sharron, Eileen (John) Barros; grandchildren Caitlyn, Greyson, Timothy (Robin) Henninger, Anthony (Murial) Sharron, Lilly, Nyla, Megan, Jennifer, Anthony (Allie), Brittney, Crystal, Elizabeth, Amelia, Zachary, A.J. (Jen), Randy, Sabrina, Alicia, John, Caressa, Justin, Crystal, Shawn Hazlett, Valerie, Errol and Sarah Rose; great-grandchildren Alexander, Caleb, Alee, Ashlee, Keliegh, Desiree, Gage, Julian, James Paul, Alexis Lynn, Alazaya, Treyvon, Wayne and Mackenzie.

His mother, Alice, his father, James Henry, grandson Thomas and granddaughter Jennifer Hazlett preceded him in death.

He will be greatly missed by sister Teresa, brother Jim and many, many nephews, nieces, cousins and those whose lives he touched throughout his life.

As his son, Erin, said the day he passed, "Superman died today." (06/27/2009)

Donald Ray Kirby

Donald Ray Kirby, 72, passed away June, 20, 2009, in Pahrump.

He was born Feb. 13, 1937, in Kansas, and was a resident of Pahrump since 1991, having come from Victorville, Calif.

He was a mechanic and a restorer of cars. He was a member of Valley Cruisers, and avid car collector and loved "Hot August Nights."

He was a veteran of the Navy.

He is survived by his daughter Donna Corey Romer; son Ron Kirby; four grandchildren and seven brothers.

He also leaves behind friends Jim Ballard and Clifford Miller.

His ashes will be scattered at sea. (06/20/2009)
