The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Luis Carrillo-Carbajal, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 17 on six Pahrump Justice Court warrants for traffic. Bail was set at $6,492.

* Timothy Herting, 60, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 17 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for trafficking in controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Alberto Aguilar-Mendoza, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 17 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and three counts of possession of controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $17,500.

* Andrew Rush, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 18 charged with possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,112 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* David Farabi, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 18 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for possession of a controlled substance and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $30,000.

* Michelle Harwell, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 18 charged with theft of electrical services. Bail was set at $5,000.

* April Birdwell, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 18 on a warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,125.

* Jason Bosse, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 18 charged with transfer of stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Margaret Boykin, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 18 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Miles Palmer, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 18 on three charges of possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $25,000.

* Robert Maughan, 24, of Apple Valley, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail June 19 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for domestic battery and a Tonopah Justice Court warrant for non-support. Bail was set at $16,000.

* Edward Torres, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Jennifer Shelbrick, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 19 on charges of possess/receive forged instrument and uttering forged instrument. Bail was set at $15,000.

*Antonio Reyes, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 19 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Merry Milligan-Cox, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 20 on charges of resisting, filing a false police report and malicious prosecution. Bail was set at $6,264.

* Roland Settimi of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail June 20 on a Utah warrant for unauthorized control of a vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Christina Hintz, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 20 on charges of reckless driving and four counts of child abuse. Bail was set at $14,417. She was released on her own recognizance after a court date was set.

* Brian Swain, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 20 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Kenneth Penner, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 22 on charges of interrupt 9-1-1, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and domestic violence. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Robert Bond, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 22 on a charge of battery of a peace officer. The bail was set at $4,132 and he also was booked on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for which the bail was $567.

* Juan Ruiz, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 22 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.

* William Ballentine, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 22 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.
