The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Amber Stout, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 21 charged with possession of marijuana and a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,632.

* Brant Dunyon, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 21 on charges of eluding, reckless driving, and assorted traffic citations. Bail was set at $5,641 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear signed.

* David Nichols, 21, of Huntington Beach, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail charged with domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632.

* Connie Dupree, 51, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 21 charged with felony theft. Bail was set at $5,000 and she was released Jan. 22 after bail posted and a court date was set with an agreement to appear signed.

* Oleysa Shawgo, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 22 on charges of arson, insurance fraud and solicitation to commit arson. Bail was set at $12,500 and she was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Roy Shawgo, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 22 on charges of arson, insurance fraud and solicitation to commit arson. Bail was set at $12,500 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Michael Guerrero, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 22 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released Jan. 23 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Jay Clark, 36, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 22 charged with identity theft. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Jake Wilcox, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 23 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Justin Wilcox, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 23 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Kevin Akers, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 23 charged with domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $9,264.

* Kyle Purcell, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 24 on a first charge of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Nicholas Stanton, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 26, sentenced to six months per Pahrump District Court.

* Bobby Jordan, 47, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 26, sentenced to one year in the county jail per Pahrump District Court.

* Devonne Turner, 24, of North Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 26 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear for a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Ryan Henderson, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 26 on charges of burglary, domestic violence-third, and violation of an extended protective order. Bail was set at $25,000.

* Daniel Dean, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 27 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $17,000.

* Daunya Reed, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 27 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for DUI-alcohol with death and two counts of DUI-alcohol with substantial bodily harm.
