A man wanted for trespassing picked the wrong time to ride his bicycle through the parking lot near Walmart on Tuesday.

Nye County Sheriff's Deputies John Kakavulias and Dan Thomassian arrested Kevin McDougall, 55, of Pahrump, as he rode near Panda Express on Tuesday about 4:30 p.m. Allegedly the man had previously been asked to leave nearby stores several times for shoplifting and was wanted for trespassing.

McDougall's arrest came on the heels of a report murder suspect Jaime Albarran was seen inside Walmart. That report turned out to be a case of mistaken identity, but the parking lot was full of deputies, who had surrounded Walmart when McDougall rode through.

His bail was set at $632.
