Nevada JobConnect needs a new home in Pahrump after Nye County commissioners earlier this month voted to terminate their lease of the manufactured building in the Calvada Eye effective March 31.

Pahrump Valley's basketball teams, after playing only once last week because of student testing, return to their pro-style schedule Thursday, playing four Sunset Region Southwest Class 4-A twin bills and a single game (featuring the Trojan boys) over the next eight days.
