The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Brett Fish, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 7 charged with DUI-alcohol, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, eluding and assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer. Bail was set at $11,841 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Valerie Zimmerman, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 7 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Raul Rojo, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 8 on charges of trafficking meth, unlawful use of monetary instrument and make/utter/possess with intent to utter a fictitious bill. Bail was set at $20,000.

* Kevin McDougall, 55, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 9 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released Jan. 12 on his own recognizance per Judge Gensler after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Jonathon Charles Deshaw, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 charged with attempted burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Stephen Harrison, 53, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 on a third or more charge of domestic battery. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Louis DeCanio of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Russell Winterton, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 charged with three counts of under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $15,000. He was released Jan. 12 on his own recognizance after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Gregory Tondreau, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 12 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Phillip Jones 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 13 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Troy Winterton, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 13 charged with attempted burglary and impersonate police officer. Bail was set at $12,000.

* Charles Lewis, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 13 sentenced to 25 days for contempt of court per Pahrump District Court. No bail.

* Nicholas Palmer, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 13 on charges of possession of a dangerous weapon, three counts of possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary and grand larceny. Bail was set at $53,132.
