Pahrump Senior Center The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Jan. 5 to Jan. 9: Menu -- soup and salad bar, 2 percent milk and juice available daily: Monday -- baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce; Tuesday -- creamy chicken over rice, corn, vanilla pudding; Wednesday -- chili, cornbread, peas and carrots, spiced pears; Thursday -- smothered chicken, potatoes au gratin, mixed veggies, cake; Friday -- battered cod, baked potato, mixed veggies, brownies.
