The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Dwayne Coley, 20, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 18 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and probation and parole was lifted.

* Fabian Phillips, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 19 charged with statutory sexual seduction. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Antionette Davis, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 19 on domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released on her own recognizance and is to be summoned per Judge Brisebill.

* John O'Hara, 70, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 20 on charges of burglary and petit larceny. Bail was set at $5,632 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Keoni Shope of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 20 on charges of violation of an extended protective order, forgery, burglary, attempt to acquire controlled substance by forgery and make/utter/possess with intention to utter a fictitious bill or note. Bail was set at $25,000.

* Neal McFadden, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 21 on charges of burglary, petit larceny and probation and parole hold. Bail was set at $5,632. No bail for the probation and parole hold.

* David Huffines, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 22 charged with domestic battery and probation and parole hold. Bail was set at $3,000 and no bail on the probation and parole hold.

* Melissa Duarte, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 22 charged with domestic battery and a Tonopah warrant for non-support. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Clytee Mariano, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 23 on charges of burglary and possession of meth. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Raymond Goodwin, 32, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 23 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for embezzlement and escaped prisoner. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Harold Warrington, 79, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 23 for domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Rebecca Quarles, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 23 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released after bail posted and a court date was set.
