A statement on page A3 of the Feb. 20 Pahrump Valley Times mentioning how much each attorney in the Gibson and Kuehn law firm would receive if the $550,000 annual public defender contract were divided in fourths failed to include expenses like rent, secretaries, a part-time investigator, workman's compensation, insurance, phones and other expenses.
