CHARLOTTE UYENO / SPECIAL TO THE PVT Iggy Wagner, who holds the Pahrump Valley High School single-season stolen base record, is on the loose again, this time at Barstow (Calif.) Community College. A freshman centerfielder, Wagner had three stolen bases in a recent baseball game against Imperial Valley (Calif.). Other PVHS grads on the Barstow team are Brandon Uyeno, a freshman left-handed pitcher in the starting rotation, and A.J. Craighead, a sophomore third baseman. Barstow, 2-4 this season, is in the Foothill Conference, along with Antelope Valley, Cerro Coso, Chaffey, Desert, Mt. San Jacinto, Rio Hondo, San Bernardino and Victor Valley. Barstow is at home at noon Saturday in a doubleheader against non-league opponent Los Angeles. The season runs through April 30.
