The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Steven Cummings, 40, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 28 on four Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear on traffic cites. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Vickie Cupples, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 29 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $6,000. She was released Jan. 30 on her own recognizance per Judge Jasperson after a court date was set.

* Sonya Elizondo, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 29 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Valerie Farrar, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 29 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Chance Carden, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 29 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released Feb. 2 on his own recognizance per Judge Jasperson after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Adam Thomas, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 30 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for obtaining money under false pretenses. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Christopher Paul of Tacoma, Wash., was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 1 on a warrant of arrest for offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized acts relating to a controlled substance and two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Total bail was set at $21,450.

* Jose Bautista, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 2 on a federal warrant for military desertion. No bail.

* James Reed, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 2 on a North Las Vegas warrant. Bail was set at $16,000 and he was released to the custody of the North Las Vegas Detention Center.

* Edward Underhill, 60, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 2 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released Feb. 3 after bail posted and a promise to appear was signed.
