The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Anthony Smiley, 20, of Flint, Mich., was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 12 sentenced to nine months county time.

* Myles Samland, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 12 charged with statutory sexual seduction and lewdness with a child under 14. Bail was set at $25,000 and he was released after bail posted, a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Lynette Lopez, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 13 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for trafficking in a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Kimberly Plummer, 42, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 13 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $50,000.

* Jeffrey Kolb, 22, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 13 on charges of forgery, burglary and obtaining prescription with false prescription. Bail was set at $15,000. He was released Aug. 14 on his own recognizance after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.

* Albert Steadman, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 14 on charges of obtain/possess credit card without owner's consent and fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Edward C. Arnold was booked into Tonopah jail Aug. 14 on charges of possession of child porn and distribution of child porn. Bail was set at $200,000.

* David Nichols, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 15 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Jene Averill, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 charged with DUI-alcohol, under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving and minor in consumption. Bail was set at $7,056.

* Nicole Eggleston, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Kandy Alvineda, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 17 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Michael Augustine, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 17 on charges of battery on a police officer, resisting and obstructing. Bail was set at $3,764 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Ismael Lopez-Reyes, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 17 charged with DUI-accident, no driver's license, no insurance, suspended registration and failure to stop. Bail was set at $3,069.

* Kenneth Harrelson, 56, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 17 sentenced to one week for contempt of court. No bail.

* Burl Benner, 45, of Pahrump, for a domestic violence second charge. Bail was set at $3,000.
