GOLFERS BENEFIT SCHOOLS
SPECIAL TO THE PVT
The Sunday Partners Golf Group gathers each Sunday at the Lakeview Executive course, with one objective: raise money to purchase school supplies for the Pahrump Valley district. The Sunday tournament, which begins at 7 a.m., collect funds used to purchase supplies, as shown on the table in the Lakeview clubhouse. Maria White, the spokesperson for the group, which started playing with this charity format in June 2008, said the idea is to get men and women partners to join the group and play each Sunday.
