The following information was provided by the Nye County District Attorney's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent unless otherwise noted.

The following charges were filed by the DA's office. The court dates are pending or are to be set.

* Ashely Abraham -- Duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property, immediate notice to police of accident involving unattended vehicle or other property and no insurance.

* Scott Patrick Brown -- Unlawful use of a controlled substance.

* Thomas Franklin Davis -- Possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, interception and interruption or delay of message sent over a telephone line.

* Donald Joe Franks III -- Forgery-check and possession of a controlled substance (morphine sulfate).

* Kathy Sue Harman -- Driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain travel lane.

* Robert Walton Harrison -- Domestic battery.

* Amy B. Illum -- Battery.

* Jeffery Zane Jenkins -- Domestic battery.

* Ashley Ann Landgraf -- Harassment.

* Marx James Mace -- Possession of marijuana (less than one ounce)-first offense and offense involving stolen property.

* Lynetta Madar -- Driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, having an open container of alcoholic beverage within the passenger area of a motor vehicle while on the highway, drinking alcoholic beverage while driving vehicle and lighted headlamps required.

* Lynette Madar -- Unlawful use of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone) and child endangerment.

* Clytee Machelle Mariano -- Driving under the influence of a controlled substance(s) with accident, failure to maintain travel lane and duty to stop at the scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property.

* Jeramie David Marquez -- Driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked.

* Bruce Frederick McKnight -- Battery.

* Miguel Mendoza -- Aggravated stalking.

* Cedric Joseph Mitchell -- Battery.

* Jennifer Rebecca Mullet -- Injury to other property.

* Joshua Lee Olivera -- Driving under the influence of alcohol.

* Robert K. Osborn -- Refiled charges of disturbing the peace.

* Tina Parks -- Battery and injury to other property.

* Tanya L. Pike -- Forgery-signature on mortgage documents and obtaining money under false pretenses.

* James Raymond Rocha -- Driving under the influence of alcohol, basic speed, no insurance and no driver's license in possession.

* Ginger Raye Rojic -- Domestic battery.

* Krystal Ann Rood -- Battery.

* Donald Allen Sanders -- Driving under the influence-second offense and driving without a valid license.

* Brian Swain -- Battery.

* Renaldo Vargas-Reyes -- Driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license.

* Shannon Scott Watson -- Driving under the influence of a controlled substance-second offense.

* Sam Woods -- Disturbing the peace.

The following is a listing of persons bound over to District Court from preliminary hearings in Pahrump Justice Court. All District Court arraignments are scheduled for 9 a.m. Aug. 10 unless otherwise noted.

* Michael Adams, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, was bound over to District Court July 14.

* Antonio Amaro-Leyva was charged with two counts of DUI-third offense. He waived the preliminary hearing and was bound over to District Court to be arraigned Aug. 11 at 9 a.m.

* Katherine Alexander, charged with unlawful use of a controlled substance, was bound over to District Court July 15.

* Julie Fierek, charged with theft of services, negotiated for six months of no arrests. She has a status check scheduled for Jan. 13, 2010 in Justice Court.

* Christine Gauthier, charged with non-sufficient funds and providing false evidence, was bound over to District Court July 16.

* Michael Gauthier, charged with aggravated stalking, had the case continued at defense request.

* Irven Kipp, charged with DUI-third, was bound over to District Court July 16.

* Carl Shorter, charged with conspiracy to commit battery and conspiracy to commit robbery, was bound over to District Court July 15.

* Laura Acosta aka Laura Talbot, charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of unlawful use of a controlled substance, was bound over to District Court July 13.

* Brian Salvadge, charged with two counts of failure to appear, was bound over to District Court July 13.

* Lynda Rhodes, charged with insurance fraud, was bound over to District Court July 15.

* Shannon Watson, charged with burglary and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, was bound over to District Court July 15.

* Nathaniel Metz, charged with intimidating a public officer, was bound over to District court July 16.

* Robert Maughn, charged with two separate cases of domestic battery, was bound over to District Court July 16.

* William Wade, charged with an offense involving a stolen vehicle and two counts of injury to property, was bound over to District Court July 16.

* Jose Oscar Robledo-Noriega, charged with lewdness with a child under 14, pled guilty to the charge and sentencing is scheduled for 9 a.m., Sept. 21 in District Court.

* Danny Linville, charged with attempted murder and child abuse charges, was bound over to District Court July 22.
