Reno Triple-A team at home tonightPVT
RENO -- Minor league baseball debuts here today, when the Aces play the Salt Lake Bees in a Pacific Coast League game. With a sold-out crowd of more than 9,100 expected to watch, game time is at 6:05 p.m. The game was sold out April 4, when tickets went on sale. The Triple-A Aces are affiliated with the Arizona Diamondbacks and began their season last Friday in Salt Lake City. In games played through Wednesday, Reno was 3-3 and leading the Pacific South Division, a half-game ahead of Sacramento, 3-4. Fresno is 2-5 and the Las Vegas 51s 1-5 in the division. In the Pacific North Division are Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, Tacoma and Portland. In the PCL American North are Memphis, Iowa, Omaha and Nashville, while New Orleans, Oklahoma City, Albuquerque and Round Rock are in the American South. |
