The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Richard Ellington, 23, of Pahrump, was booked into pahrump jail April 8 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Edwin Howard, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 9 charged with boot camp return. No bail was set.

* Heidi Breakfield, 31, of Crystal, was released from Pahrump jail April 9 to custody of federal marshals.

* Joseph Buckalew, 54, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 10 on charges of domestic battery and interruption of 9-1-1. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Gary Dean, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 10 on charges of DUI-alcohol, domestic battery, suspended driver's license, no turn signal and method of stop. Bail was set at $4,000. He was released on his own recognizance April 13 per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear signed.

* Burt Glaze, 47, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 14 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on battery by a prisoner and assault on a peace officer. Bail was set at $7,000.

* Lawrence Wisniewski, 40, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 14 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear on charges of burglary and injury to other property. Bail was set at $10,000.
