Tonopah's baseball team is at Spring Mountain April 17; that same day, the Lady Muckers are at home against Indian Springs to play softball.

The Muckers' boys golf team is in a match hosted by Lake Mead Christian Academy Tuesday; on Thursday, they head for Ely White Pine.

* Pahrump Valley's baseball team finished 1-3 in the Blazer Bash, a baseball tournament hosted by Durango. The Trojans, after beating Birmingham (Calif.) and bowing to Horizon (Calif.) on Monday, lost 15-5 to Las Vegas Palo Verde Tuesday and 16-3 to Imperial Valley, Calif., Wednesday.

In the tournament championship game, Spring Valley used a six-run first inning to take control on the way to a 13-2 win over Horizon (Calif.) Wednesday.

Enzo Bello went 3-for-3 with a double, two runs and four RBIs for the Grizzlies. Billy Bob Ward added two hits and two runs and Garrett Blair had two hits, two runs and an RBI for Spring Valley. After going 5-0 in the tournament, the Grizzlies have won nine of their last 10 games.
