The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Fernie Lucero, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 1 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Carlos Belemonte, 55, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 1 on charges of maintaining a place to sell controlled substance, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and trafficking meth. Bail was set at $67,132.

* David Depasquale, 55, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 1 on charges of maintaining a place to sell controlled substance, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $63,632.

* Steven Backus, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 1 on charges of maintaining a place to sell controlled substance, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking meth. Bail was set at $63,632.

* Nikita Wright, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 1 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. Released on own recognizance April 2 per Judge Jasperson after a court date was set.

* Ginger Rojic, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 1 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released April 2 on her own recognizance per Judge Jasperson after a court date was set.

* Sara Ripley, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 2 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for forgery and DUI. No bail is set.

* Cherlyn Thomas, 28, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 2 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000. She was released April 3 on her own recognizance per Judge Jasperson after a court date was set.

* Nikolas Chapin, 21, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 2 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released April 6 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear signed.

* Billy Hines, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 2 on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. Bail was set at $15,000. He was released April 4 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Ryan Kosek, 28, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 2 charged with conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $15,000.

* David Martinez, 34, of Tyler, Texas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 3 charged with attempted murder and domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $200,000.

* Francisco Mendoza, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 4 charged with failure to appear for traffic offense, possession of ID of other and contempt of court. Bail was set at $5,702.

* Guy Wilson, 53, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 5 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Miroslave Obradivic, 26, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 7 charged with conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Predrag Trkulja, 25, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 7 charged with conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Aleksander Vidovic, 26, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail April 7 charged with conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Michael Allensworth, 28, of Henderson, was booked into Pahrump jail April 7 sentenced to on year in the county jail.
