HORACE LANGFORD JR. / PVT The Pahrump Valley High School baseball team was 1-1 on the first day of the Blazer Bash, a baseball tournament co-hosted by Las Vegas Durango and Palo Verde. The Trojans defeated Los Angeles Birmingham 12-10, after bowing 9-4 to San Diego Horizon Monday; Tuesday, they took on Palo Verde, are 6-8 in all games, 2-3 in the Sunset Region Southwest Class 4-A Division.
