Playing in optimum weather conditions, the Las Vegas Centennial and Palo Verde boys were dominant on the first day of the 19th Pahrump Valley Invitational Golf tournament, Monday at Mountain Falls.

Trojans tie for second in 4-A golf match
Pahrump Valley had two of the top nine golfers in a Sunset Region Southwest Class 4-A Division boys' golf match Thursday at Mountain Falls, as the Trojans tied Las Vegas Bonanza for second place.
