Special to the PVT Congratulations to Andrena Longmire, left, and Terra Millard. Both girls are juniors at Pahrump Valley High School and won first-place in the Prostart I cake-baking contest. Their masterpiece, titled "Pretty Pink Princess," was judged by PVHS teachers to be a great success. The decision to declare the girls first-place winners out of the 14 cakes entered in the competition was a difficult decision. Andrena and Terra each won a certificate, a gift card for Starbuck's and an 18-piece cake-decorating set. Thanks to Mrs. Eason and the other competitors for bringing forth their creativity.
