Lowes opens today in new mall

PVT

The new Paradise Oasis mall is a shopper's dream, centrally located on Highway 372 between Happy Lane and Woodchips Road. It opened for business to the general public today.

(Well, not really but this is April Fool's Day and we can dream.)

Lowes is just one of the businesses taking advantage of finally being able to build without worrying about an environmental impact study.

"There's a little something at the mall for everyone," said mall manager Phyllis Trice. "We anticipate huge support from the community and look forward to doing business here."

See related articles in this edition of the PVT about businesses anchored to Lowes, e.g., Bubba Grump's Desert Tortoise Bistro, Nye Water Plus and Acronym Drugs, to name a few.

This paper is the first April Fools edition after a hiatus of a few years. Please enjoy it in the spirit of fun that it is offered in. We figured everyone needed a laugh about now.

We only picked on the people who could lake a licking. Happy April Fools Day.
