MARK WAITE / PVT Former Pahrump Town Manager Dave Richards did the honors, picking the winning business cards for a drawing at the Pahrump Valley Chamber of Commerce business after-hours mixer at Saitta-Trudeau Chrysler Jeep and Dodge dealership Wednesday night. Richards was in town last Friday to testify in the preliminary hearing for Nye County Commissioner Peter Liakopoulos. Richards said he is taking his time returning to his job as administrator of the city of Hoonah, Alaska, just outside Juneau.
