Angel Cristos Rydel Fraga

Angel Cristos Rydel Fraga passed away August 18, 2008, in Pahrump.

He was born June 25, 2008, in Pahrump.

Mother Anika E. Smith of Pahrump; father Gabriel A. Fraga of Pahrump; brother Bryce N. Smith of Pahrump; grandparents Jeff and Christina Hintz of Pahrump and Gabriel and Connie Delgado of Pahrump and California survive him.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Anika Gokosivil.

Visitation was held at 1 p.m. Aug. 23 at Pahrump Family Mortuary and services were at 11 a.m. Aug. 25 at the Trinity Assembly of God Church.

Harriet Mae Stephen

Harriet Mae Stephen passed away Aug. 29, 2008.

She was born Dec. 3, 1921, in Springfield, Neb.

She was the wife of Robert M. Stephen for 62-and-a-half years.

She was proud of her Snell family and serving her country during World War II as a Marine.

She worked as a medical transcriptionist for many years.

She enjoyed her slot machines, her cabin in Prescott, Ariz., and the independent lifestyle of Pahrump.

Her children are Linda Robertson, Marjorie Stephen and Robert D. Stephen.

She had two grandchildren, Paul Robertson and Kris Silverman and six of the greatest great-grandchildren.

She left behind a legacy of courage to face adversity. Patience was not her greatest virtue but her family and friends know they were loved, especially her beloved husband. (08/29/2008)

Thomas G. Oliver Jr.

Thomas G. Oliver Jr. passed away Aug. 28, 2008, in Pahrump.

He was born June 6, 1932, in Waco, Texas and was a resident of Pahrump for two years, having come from Las Vegas.

He was a surveyor, and a veteran of the Air Force.

He was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church.

His loving wife Nancy; his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren survive him.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation. (08/28/2008)
