Regarding Thomas Kerry Blake and Paulette Jeanine Radley Blake:

Their Funeral will be Oct. 10 at the LDS Chapel, 801 Arrowhead Trail in Henderson. The visitation will be 12 noon to 1 p.m. and the service will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will be held at Palm Memorial Park-Henderson immediately following the service.
