The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Robert Lieberman of Henderson was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 1 on a Pahrump District Court warrant for failure to appear for a status check. Bail to be set. He was also booked on 12 Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail for those was set at $74,500. He was released Oct. 7 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill and Judge Davis.

* Rahmyl Ringo, 34, of North Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 3 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for domestic battery-2nd. Bail was set at $6,000. He was released Oct. 6 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was signed and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Joseph Daniels, 42, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 3 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for tampering/injuring vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released Oct. 6 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was signed and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Joseph Openshaw, 66, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 3 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Jay Hodges, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 4 on charges of domestic battery, child abuse and aiming a weapon at another. Bail was set at $9,000.

* Richard Spurlock, 23, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 5 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Theodore Skeeter Galloway, 52, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 5 on five warrants for contempt of court. Bail was set at $3,150.

* William Wade, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 5 on charges of embezzlement, receiving stolen vehicle, battery, conspiracy to commit a crime, theft of public utility, trespassing and burglary. Bail was set at $31,264.

* Timothy Hobbs, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 5 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for domestic battery-3rd or more and injury to other property. Bail was set at $10,000.

At Beatty

* Jorges J. Perez was booked into Beatty jail Oct. 2 on a domestic battery charge and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $3,632. He was released Oct. 6 to ICE immigration officer.

* Brian Mathew McPherson, was booked into Beatty jail Oct. 5 on charges of PCP, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $15,632.

* Miguel Rosales, was booked into Beatty jail Oct. 5 on charges of PCP, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $15,632.
