The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Michael Griffin, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 12 charged with three counts of child abuse. Bail was set at $15,000.

* James Lassiter, 33, of Ocean Springs, Mo., was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 13 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,757.

* Barrie Barry, 34, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 13 charged with a fugitive from justice warrant. Bail was set at $12,000. The party was released Nov. 14 on their own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Jay Clark, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 13 on charges of burglary, petit larceny, assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit a crime and robbery with a deadly weapon attempt. Bail was set at $43,632.

* Jeffrey Gallant, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 13 charged with DUI-Drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of dangerous drug without a prescription and traffic violations. Bail was set at $7,900. He was released Nov. 14 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Nicole Armstrong, 21, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 14 on two charges of child endangerment and unattended motor vehicle running. Bail was set at $10,632. She was released Nov. 15 on her own recognizance after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Casey Kiefer, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 14 on two counts of abuse/neglect/child endangerment, traffic violation and probation and parole hold. Bail was set at $10,632 and no bail was set on the hold.

* Benjamin Shirley, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 14 on charges of burglary with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance for sale (marijuana), maintain residence for sale of controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Uniformed Controlled Substance Act and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $30,632. He was released Nov. 18 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Rose Stephenson, 67, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 14 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released Nov. 16 on her own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* William Stanley, 57, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 15 on charges of burglary with a deadly weapon, maintain place to use/sell/give away controlled substance, possession of marijuana for sale, ex-felon in possession of a firearm, conspiracy to violate the Uniformed Controlled Substance Act and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $35,632.

* Ivan Palacios, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 15 on 20 counts of grand larceny and burglary. Bail was set at $105,000. He was released Nov. 17 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Randy Martinez-Martinez, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 15 charged with burglary and grand larceny. Bail was set at $10,000. He was released Nov. 17 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.

* Dalton Jones, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 15 charged with sexual assault. Bail was set at $50,000. He was released Nov. 17 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Jose Martinez of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 16 charged with DUI, two counts of child endangerment, child restraints and suspended driver's license. Bail was set at $12,056.

* Christopher Badia, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 17 sentenced to one year in county jail per Pahrump District Court.

* Robert Rupp, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 17 sentenced to 12-36 months at Nevada Department of Prisons per Pahrump District Court.

* Tricia Ott, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 18 charged with possession of a controlled substance and illegal stop. Bail was set at $5,632.

At Beatty

* Randy Wayne Gray was booked into Beatty jail Nov. 14 on a Tonopah warrant for non-support of children. Bail was set at $11,500.
