MARK WAITE / PVT Crews chip-sealed Shoshone Drive near Terrible's Town Casino, the first street on the spring schedule, which got under way last week -- a simple process of putting down oil, followed by the chip, then compacting it with a roller. From there, crews moved to areas just east of Red Rock Drive like Chipmunk Drive, Lupin Street and Xenia Drive. Crews are finishing up the 2007 program and will then move onto the 2008 list of streets. |
