CHRISTINA EICHELKRAUT / PVT Valley Electric Association employees from all departments (and in some cases their spouses) are working on a two-phase project to beautify the Calvada area. The project was reportedly inspired by a recent newspaper article that highlighted the area's decline. The first phase of the project, expected to take about five weeks to complete, includes removing dead trees and debris. The above photo was taken at Calvada Boulevard and Highway 160.
