CHRISTINA EICHELKRAUT / PVT Students in the adult education English as a second language class pick flowers to arrange after a brief demonstration by Albertson's Floral Director Joan Vazquez. Vazquez came bearing bouquets of flowers, bunches of baby's breath, and ivy. "I make it look easy because I've been doing it for 25 years, but it's fun," Vazquez told the smiling students. After a brief demonstration, the class set to work picking out flowers for the vases that stood ready and waiting in front of them. "It helps them because everything is in English and nothing is in Spanish," Norma O'Conner, ESL instructor in the foreground, explained.
