The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Jose Guiterrez, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 19 charged with four counts of domestic battery and interrupt 911. Bail set at $14,000.

Daniel Jarvis, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 19 on charges of battery domestic violence with one or more priors, evading a police officer, battery on a police officer with a weapon, resist public officer, first degree kidnapping and reckless driving. Bail was set at $216,235.

Patty McGraw, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 19 charged with attempted robbery. Bail was set at $10,000.

Eve Morris, 30, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, was booked into Pahrump jail March 21 on an Idaho warrant for fugitive from justice. Bail was set at $50,000.

Roy Fuller, 31, of Vancouver, Wash., was booked into Pahrump jail March 21 for sex offender failure to change address. Bail was set at $5,000.

Shawn Smith, 30, of Willamina, Ore., was booked into Pahrump jail March 21 charged with sex offender failure to change address. Bail was set at $5,000.

Ianzearyn Wiggins, 21, of Lancaster, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail March 21 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for charges of receive/possess/withold stolen goods. Bail was set at $5,000.

Rene Johnson, 52, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 21 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

John Gary Oldham, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 21 on charges of disturbing the peace, possession of alcohol by a minor and use of controlled substance. Bail was set at $6,264.

Christopher McDougal, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 22 charged with two counts of grand larceny. Bail was set at $10,000.

Cynthia Baker, 35, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 22 on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. Bail was set at $6,000.

Robert Lomeli, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 23 on charges of domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment and aiming firearm at another. Bail was set at $11,500.

Jeffrey Ritchey, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 24 charged with threatening phone calls, obstructing public officer, intimidate public officer and traffic offense. Bail was set at $4,396.

Michael Niotta, 28, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail March 24 charged with DUI-drugs, under the influence of controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and basic speed. Bail was set at 12,056.

Leander McDaniel, 66, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 25 on charges of domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon and aiming firearm at another. Bail was set at $13,000. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Mark Newcomb, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 25 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000.

At Beatty

Benjamin Ruiz-Nunez was booked into Beatty jail March 21 on charges of illegal immigrant possession of firearm and discharge firearm. Bail was set at $7,000.
