The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Dee Towles, 57, of Pahrump, was released from Pahrump jail March 12 back to the Nevada Department of Corrections. The charges were two counts of sexual assault.

Shannon Knight, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 13 on charges of trafficking meth, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act, five counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of hashish, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of dangerous drugs and three counts of child endangerment. Bail was set at $71,896.

Albert May, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 13 on charges of trafficking meth, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act, five counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of hashish, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of dangerous drugs and child endangerment. Bail was set at $71,896.

Raymond Hibbs, 37, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail March 13 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants of arrest. Bail was set at $11,000.

Shane Miller, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 13 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for domestic battery. Bail was set at $4,000.

Gary Head, 19, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail March 13 charged with trafficking schedule I warrant of arrest. Bail was set at $20,000.

Louis Morrison, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 14 on six Pahrump Justice Court warrants. Bail was set at $9,169.

Jody Vitz, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 15 charged with child neglect. Bail was set at $5,000.

Pierce Henkel, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 16 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, grand larceny of firearm and burglary. Bail was set at $20,000.

James McCanna, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 16 on two charges of domestic violence/victim over 65, assault with a deadly weapon/victim over 65 and battery with a deadly weapon/victim over 65. Bail was set at $16,000.

Roddy Noriega, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 18 charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000.

Rodrigo Robledo-Garcia, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 18 charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000.

Richard McFadden, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on boot camp return and three warrants for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. There was no bail set.

At Beatty

Ciro Enriquez-Valencia was booked into Beatty jail March 13 on charges of trafficking meth, possession of meth and conspiracy to possess meth. Bail was set at $20,000.

Daniel Florez-Lopez was booked into Beatty jail March 13 on charges of trafficking meth, possession of meth and conspiracy to possess meth. Bail was set at $20,000.

Diane Lee Wernowsky was booked into Beatty jail March 14 on charges of child abuse, possession of meth and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $15,000 and she was released on her own recognizance Per Judge Sullivan after a court date was set.

RD Dwain Burch was booked into Beatty jail March 18 on a parole violation. He is held without bail.
