Pahrump Valley defeated San Juan, one of Utah's top teams, 6-5; Park City (Utah) 11-3; Enterprise (Utah) 5-1, and Grand Country (Utah) 4-2. The loss was 5-3 to Nevada Class 2-A power Needles (Calif.) 5-3. Pahrump Valley collected 33 hits and committed just nine errors in the five games.
