The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Kenneth Gayle, 55, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 5 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Michael Fuhrmann, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 5 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $100,000.

Carol Baker, 65, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 6 on charges of incest/accessory, open and gross lewdness, child abuse and a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest. Bail was set at $23,500.

Donald Kennedy, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 6 on charges of incest and open and gross lewdness with a minor. Bail was set at $10,000.

Joshua Hutchens, 27, of Everett, Wash., was booked into Pahrump jail on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on attempt kidnapping. Bail was set at $10,000.

Timothy Hanahan, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 6 charged with statutory sexual seduction and open and gross lewdness. Bail was set at $20,000.

Jason Kohyha, 32, of Los Angeles, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail March 6 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $6,000.

Michael Haynes, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 6 on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,632 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Patti McGraw, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 7 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Niles Smith, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 8 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Randy Frazier, 54, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 9 charged with domestic battery with substantial bodily harm. Bail was set at $50,000.

William Sutcliffe, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony. Bail was set at $12,000.

Victoria Vance, 75, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Michael Zweifel, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Vincent Montoya, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 on charges of grand larceny-auto and domestic violence. Bail was set at $8,000.

Francisco Mendez, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 10 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants of arrest for trafficking a controlled substance. Bail was set at $40,000.

Julie Montalvo, 47, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail March 11 charged with DUI-Alcohol with accident, fail to yield right-of-way at stop sign and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $3,272.

At Beatty

Norman Snyder was booked into Beatty jail March 5 on charges of speeding, open container, possession of marijuana, trafficking meth, possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $16,766.

Jake William Slikker was booked into Beatty jail March 6 on a California warrant. Bail was set at $25,000. He was released on his own recognizance. There was no extradition.

Dale Martin was booked into Beatty jail March 7 on a third offense DUI. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released March 8 after bail posted and a court date was set.
