The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Tammy Kapahulehua, 36, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 27 on domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000 and she was released after posting bail and a court date was set.

Marian Ausiello, 36, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 27. Nevada Department of Corrections sentence vacated and is going for sentencing on original charge of trafficking of controlled substance. No bail was set.

Derik Hutchinson, 23, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 27 charged with boot camp return. No bail was set.

Jason Atkinson, 33, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 27 charged with DUI/drugs, basic speed, no proof of insurance, no registration, suspended driver's license, possession of meth and child restraints required. Bail was set at $8,770. Also, Pahrump Justice Court warrant. Bail set at $304.

Tracy Atkinson, 29, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 27 charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth. Bail was set at $6,264. Also, four Pahrump Justice Court warrants. Bail was set at $3,732.

Joshua Oliveira, 19, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 28 on a burglary charge. Bail was set at $5,000.

Valerie Sorensen, 35, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail March 1 charged with possession of controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000. She was later released.

Robert Vitz, 54, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail March 3 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released after posting bail and a court date set.

Antonio Perez, 27, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail March 3 charged with sex offender failure to register and P&P. No bail.

Dee Towles, 57, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail March 4 on an order to produce from Nevada Department of Corrections. No bail.
